Sandbox on Demand

What used to take days now takes minutes — and nobody has to be awake for it.

A programme of automation that turned complex, multi-solution training environments into something a learner or trainer could request and receive on demand. It replaced a queue of tickets with a self-service moment.

Software learning environments are traditionally hand-crafted — one setup per class, one ticket per request. That model doesn’t scale to thousands of learners, and every manual step is a place where quality drifts.

Broke each environment down into its component provisioning steps, automated them end-to-end, and stitched the pieces together with a cart-like front door. Built in system-driven teardown so the fleet never grew silently, and treated the pipeline like a product with health checks and validation.

Provisioning times measured in minutes rather than days; a support model that stopped being the bottleneck; and a pattern reused across a growing catalogue of solutions.
