The Signal Pipeline

A quiet machine that turns the daily flood of AI news into clear signal.

A personal, multi-agent pipeline that gathers, filters, and drafts from the day’s developments across articles, releases, and long-form audio, then routes the results into several editorial outputs. It runs locally and feeds a sustainable publishing practice.

The volume of AI news is unmanageable by hand. Staying genuinely current while producing signal over noise is a real bottleneck for any individual creator.

I composed several small, specialised agents — fetching, monitoring, summarizing, drafting — into one orchestrated flow rather than one monolithic prompt. Local-first for control, separate output queues for different formats, and strict editorial guardrails so drafts carry a specific voice instead of generic output.

A regular publishing cadence sustained with a fraction of the manual effort — turning an overwhelming stream into a repeatable process.
