Turning ad-hoc analytics questions into a small, reusable library.
A set of custom analytics workspace reports designed to answer the questions success and account teams kept asking — traffic maps, comparison views, engagement snapshots. Instead of building each from scratch, teams could open a page and read.
The problem
Enterprise analytics platforms are powerful but intimidating. Most of the value gets locked behind the phrase "I’ll get someone to pull that for you."
The approach
Identified the small set of recurring questions, built a canonical answer for each, and packaged them as saved reports with consistent structure and labelling. The design bet: familiarity is a feature.
The outcome
Common questions started being answered in minutes instead of days — a quiet productivity gain that compounded across a large customer base.
